5 steps towards the perfect Carbonara. 1. Cook your pasta. 2. Toast your GUANCIALE (or other bacon) in a pan. 3. Mix pecorino with egg yolks until you have a nice cream. 4. Pasta al dente + a bit pasta water to the bacon and let pan cool. 5. Add your egg mix at low heat (don't make an omelette)
